1. Handling Time:

• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2-7 business days. During peak seasons or sales events, processing times may be slightly longer.

• Expedited Shipping: 4-7 business days.

3. Shipping Time (Outside the US):

• Standard International Shipping: 7-17 business days, depending on the destination country.

4. Return Policy:

• Return Time Frame: You can return the product within 30 days from the date of receipt.
• Return Conditions: The product is defective in design, wrong type or size. The product must be unused and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
• Return Process:
  1. Contact our customer service team to initiate the return process.
  2. You will receive an email with a return shipping label.
  3. Carefully pack the product and attach the return label to the package.
  4. Drop off the package at the designated carrier location.
• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

• Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless we made an error with your order.
